This Orange Cake was made for a local Wedding party – Orange being the official color of the State of Florida. Purple being a color expressing love. This was a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and the top tier was an Italian wedding cake featuring coconut and pecans.

I made these Fashion “Design” cupcakes for an Eighteenth birthday party.

Was a big hit – got lots of compliments on the decorations used.

The Doctor Seuss cake was made to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday. This cake was vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling. Everyone loved both the cake and the decorations, especially the green eggs!
